Although painting and drawing are far from new to me, I have always been driven to combine function with aesthetics. My love for feeding wild birds and watching their antics, prompted me to create this new "dedicated to finches only", line of feeders. My surveillance of finches feeding allowed me to design a feeder that attracts no other breed of bird. ( This is not to say that other birds totally ignore these feeders, they simply cannot perch and dine as the finches do) On the ground directly beneath the feeding station, do not be surprised at the variety of other birds that are ground feeders, picking up seed droppings. You might see Doves, Cardinals, Blue Jays, Black Birds and Orioles.

The constructional components of these feeders, allow me to paint a vast array of different motifs on the body of the feeder.
After the painted images are dried, several coats of exterior polyurethane are applied to prolong the beauty and life of your feeder.
This artist is most happy when sitting in the studio, painting onto these tubes, the image of your choice. Many customers are repeat buyers and truly enjoy having a custom designed and hand-crafted finch-feeder hanging in their trees or back yard. They are quite a conversation piece!
