The Poetry of Bernard Shaw...
ALCOHOL

Some people it seems like Whisky,
Others prefer a strong cup of Tea.
Myself I would sail to the Bay of Biscay,
For Rum is good enough for me.
Others prefer a slug of Gin,
Some say Brandy is extra good,
When I drink Gin my face gets a silly grin,
And later my head seems made of wood.
Then there are those that like Water,
Others drink sweet Lemonades.
My Uncle Ben likes his Porter,
Which he buys in cheap Arcades.
Others say they are anti-alcoholic,
Alcohol will never touch their lips,
But you should see them frolic,
As they drink Champagne in sips.
